Bill Kimball, DDS, and Darren Hulstine knew there had to be a better way.

Bill's own experience selling his practice revealed how complex and emotional the transition can be.

Darren, after a standout career at Patterson Dental, had seen firsthand how inconsistent the brokerage landscape was.

Together, they set out to build the kind of firm they wished had existed for them: one grounded in professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for the dental community.

In 2013, they founded Integrity Practice Sales with a commitment to do things differently.

Their combined backgrounds — Bill's decades of consulting with over a thousand dentists and Darren's top-tier sales expertise — shaped a brokerage built around clarity, honest guidance, and respect for a dentist's life's work.

When Trevor Kimball joined the team in 2016, the firm expanded quickly, ultimately becoming one of California's leading dental practice brokerages. To date, the team has helped more than 550 dentists complete successful transitions, always with the goal of protecting their legacy and supporting their next chapter.
