We Help Dentists Navigate the Biggest Financial Decision of Their Lives. Want to Be Part of That?
My grandfather was a dentist. My dad was a dentist who sold his practice. I grew up watching what happens when that transition goes well — and what happens when it doesn't. That's why we built Integrity Practice Sales.
What We Do (And Why It Matters)
We broker the sale of dental practices across the nation. That means we work with dentists who are retiring, relocating, or ready for their next chapter — and we connect them with qualified buyers who will carry the practice forward.
A dental practice isn't just a business. It's a doctor's reputation, their patients' trust, and often their single largest financial asset. When we get it right, a seller retires with confidence and a buyer steps into a thriving practice on day one.
We get it right a lot. Our listing win rate is well above the industry average. We're not just growing — we're scaling with intention.

We Give You the Tools to Fly Higher
Think of us as a jetpack. You're still the one flying — you bring the skill, the relationships, and the drive. But we strap a whole infrastructure to your back that lets you do far more than you could on your own.
Marketing & Lead Generation
You plug into our proven frameworks for generating leads on both the buyer and seller side, plus an active buyer database of 5,400+ registered buyers and growing fast. You're not starting from scratch. You're stepping into a pipeline.
Incredible Back Office Support
Once you secure a listing agreement, our fulfillment team handles the heavy lifting: preparing documentation, reviewing financials, completing the valuation, building the CIM, setting up the data room, and pushing the practice to market.
And once the practice is under offer, our transaction coordinators keep everything moving forward.
Stronger Together
Every person we add to this team makes everyone stronger. More listings, more buyers, more referral sources, more market coverage. The network effect is real, and it compounds over time.
Practice Sales Advisor
This is the core of what we do. As a Practice Sales Advisor, you'll work directly with dentists to value, list, and sell their practices. You'll guide sellers through one of the most important decisions of their careers — and help buyers find the right opportunity.
What the role looks like day to day
- Building relationships with dentists, dental CPAs, attorneys, and consultants who become long-term referral sources
- Actings as an advisor for dentists considering a sale or acquisition, walking them through the steps, helping them consider their best options, and always putting their best interest first.
- Developing your own pipeline — this is a business-building role, not an order-taking job
- Collaborating with our professional and experienced team on deal strategy, market positioning, and buyer matching
What the role requires
- Relationship-building skills and sales ability — this matters most
- Business acumen and financial literacy (you'll be reading P&Ls and modeling deal structures)
- A self-starter mentality — you manage your own book of business
- Coachability and work ethic — our top performers got there by learning and executing, not by winging it
- Resilience — deals fall apart, sellers change their minds, timelines shift. This role requires an optimistic, long term outlook.
Who we're especially interested in
Consultants, dental CPAs, practice management advisors, dental supply reps, former practice owners. If you already have relationships with dentists and understand the business side of a practice, you're starting with a real advantage.
Dental experience isn't the only path in. If you have strong sales ability, financial literacy, and the drive to learn this industry deeply, we want to talk.
Why People Choose to Work Here
The Work Actually Matters
You're sitting across from a dentist who spent 30 years building something and helping them walk away with what they've earned. It can also be a tough role — it's sales, it's people, and there are real challenges. But few careers are this rewarding.
Room to Grow — Fast
We're a small, focused team scaling to something much bigger. The people who join now will have an outsized impact on how we get there. New markets, new roles, new opportunities — they're all being built right now.
The Earnings Are Real
This is a commission-based role, and it takes time to build your pipeline and close your first deals. We won't sugarcoat that. But advisors who put in the work see strong earnings. In 2025, our average comp for sales agents was over $250k with our top performers clearing far more. Average commission per deal runs $60K-$80K, and Practice + Real Estate packages push that even higher.
Work From Anywhere
Our team is remote-first. You'll spend time in the field building relationships, but you're not tied to a desk or an office.
People-First Professional Advisors
We have a saying around here: our culture is a competitive advantage. It's not a poster on a wall. It's how we actually operate, and it shows up in client outcomes.
We Listen More Than We Talk
Every dentist has a unique story and individual goals. We listen twice as much as we speak, ask good questions, and take good notes. Humility matters here.
Client Advocates, Always
Our profit never supersedes a client's best interest. That's how you build a referral network of passionate fans. Our clients define success for themselves — we facilitate.
High Professional Standards
Clear communication, polished presentation, constant learning. We respond quickly, set expectations clearly, and follow through. The dental professionals we serve expect excellence.
Kind. Full Stop.
No jerks allowed. We believe achieving great results should never come at the cost of treating people poorly. Good cultures give us energy for the rest of our lives, too.
Never Stop Learning
Stagnation isn't in our vocabulary. We show up to educational opportunities, seek knowledge on our own time, and share what we learn with clients and colleagues alike.
